|We ask that all cancellations be made 24 hours in advance. Otherwise you may be
charged for your appointment.
|When spa packages and multiple services are booked, we must have a credit card number
to guarantee your appointments. A 24 hour cancellation notice is required
or you will be charged for the appointments.
|We strive to run an time. Please try to be on time or 5 minutes early, this is very much appreciated.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may ask that you reschedule or
wait until the next available opening.
|Gift Certificates / Gift Cards must be present at time of service or we will ask for a different method
of payment. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen Gift Certificates / Gift Cards.
If for any reason you wish to return your unwanted Gift Certificate / Gift Card, there will be a
20% charge (of the total amount of the Gift Certificate / Gift Card) to do so.
Please remember that you may us the Gift Certificate / Gift Card's amount if you wish to not receive
the original services(s) that the Gift Certificate / Gift Card was originally purchased for.
